Returns
We understand that buying online is difficult for many reasons. Foremost, you can't see the product you are purchasing.
For this reason, we do our best to provide you with photographs and as much information about our products as possible. Our customer service representatives are always ready to answer all your questions.
But we also know that sometimes, an item still might not suit the exact need it was purchased for. That's why, standard with every purchase, we provide a 7-day Money-back Guarantee.
So, in the unlikely event that you receive your item and it is not what you expected, simply send it back to us IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING and we will refund you the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping and handling / restocking fees. A 20% restocking fee of the total purchase price will be charged. Please note that all items must be returned IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR THE ITEM WILL BE REFUSED AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. This is the only way that we can insure that every item we ship from our warehouse is brand new and has never been used. Also, the buyer is responsible to pay shipping to mail the item back. If the buyer received free shipping when they purchased the item, they will be charged for those shipping costs as well (minimum of $35.00). ***Please Note: If you refuse a shipment from the shipping company or the product is shipped back to our company by the shipping company due to to many unsuccessful delivery attempts or for any other reason, the above return policy fees will apply.
**EVA MMA Mats are NOT returnable due to hygiene purposes.
Order Cancellation
In the event that you decide to cancel your order, you may call us at 1 (800) 340-4540. If we have not shipped your item yet, we will cancel your order and refund your money. Please note: there is an order cancellation fee of 10% of the total purchase price. This fee is to cover the costs of removing the order from our payment, warehouse, and shipping systems and to help recover the cost of credit card processing and refunding. If your item has already been shipped, please see above for the return policy.
Warranty
For Portable Massage Tables & Portable Massage Chairs
A 30 day warranty covers all parts, excluding the covering and foam pad. After that period of time a limited warranty covers frame and table legs. This limited warranty is valid for 1 years from the purchase date and applies to the original purchaser only. The warranty does not include vinyl coverings, foam pads or any damages incurred from installation of replacement parts or losses resulting from any inability to use the table. Warranty covers standard use of the product. Any modification of the product will void the warranty in its entirety. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipment costs. Replacement parts will be sent as remedy whenever possible.
Product Received with Missing Parts, Damaged, or Is Defective
If you receive a product that has missing parts, is damaged, or is defective in any way, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of your item being delivered) at 1 (800) 340-4540. We will file a damage report with the shipping company, if applicable, and make arrangements to resolve the damage. Any and all damage/defective items MUST be documented with photos of the problem (this is required to file a claim with the shipping company if the product is damaged) and emailed to us at MassageAndSalonProducts@gmail.com within 2 days of the item being delivered. We will replace the product or send new replacement parts. If you decide that you would like a refund and do not want us to send a new product or replacement parts, the item would fall under the return policy (please see above).
